名詞和形容詞也都可以修飾名詞，意思也沒什麽區別的。
但要是壹定要區分的話，形容詞修飾可以理解成“有營養的食物”，重點在食物；名詞修飾可以理解成“營養食品”，感覺更偏重於營養多壹點。
