A Modest Proposal
The proposal I studied is“that a young healthy child well nursed is at a year old a most delicious, nourishing, and wholesome food, whether stewed, roasted, baked, or boiled” (285). 這裏是妳自己寫得還是原本的標題？
I thought it disgusting to make children into food; I was enraged ...so angry 太。。。基礎了點
Children is the future of our world, how dare the author put them alongside roasted pork. 這裏壹看就是機器翻譯的，所以我從新寫了。
After reading the entire essay, I realized that the proposal is satirical. The writer wants to help the poor. He uses the extreme topic to attract attention to his cause. 談文章作者用現在式，因為寫得文章是不會變的。
He proposed that the poor are often better off dead without social aid. The suggested cruelty in the title is satire against society in its present state, hoping that it would shame readers into doing something for the poor, especially the children. 。。。基本上改得壹個字沒留。
There are huge numbers of corrupt official in the world. They are in power, and thus their deeds are neither published or punished. By mutual alliance, they reap profits from those who need it the most, while remaining above the law. Despite their growing wealth, their greed is never satiated. They will do anything to see the numbers in their bank accounts grow, if it means death to the people, so be it. 和上次壹樣，基本上沒剩下什麽。
They would pocket charitable donations across the country, while claiming that no one donated at all. They would blame the rich for making money off the poor, but never giving back to society. 富人是the rich, 窮人是the poor，不用加people.
Despite everything the rich may do, such donations, they are still made scapegoats to the greed of the governmental officials.
I proposal that we should find the corrupts official control the power. ？妳到底要說什麽？是說找到有權的人還是找到控制這些的權力的辦法？
The officials like pigs, they use illegal way to get money. The corrupts officials already have gotten much money, like pigs already have eaten much food. They can’t eat too much anymore. If find a hungry pig controls the power it will eat too much. ？還是沒看懂。
The society would be better off having morons run its departments, at least idiots would think up countless measures of getting cash into their pockets. 我說我咋覺得STIPPLED不對呢，原來是用錯了。
