Luanhe thermal power plant 2×300MW units are new ones. 100% of condensate water is polished, by High tower seperation technique and ammoniated operation. In the debug, it's found that there are lots of anion resins in cation resins when cation resins are transferred in spt. This results in bad regeneration in mixed resin bed and unqualified water quality. So ammoniated operation cannot be carried out. This article discusses deeply about the reason why cation resins are mixed with anion resins when transferred in spt, compares the feasible solutions and chooses the best one. This solution is carried out in condensate polishing in Luanhe power plant. It performs well and lay a solid foundation for the secure operation of condensate polishing, even of the whole plant.

5.17 The sealing of prunace should be rigorous. Water seal of slag scraper machine can be launched after boiler proper being heat-preserved. All ari&flue gas damper can be closed. Examination hole, man hole, gas pass, air duct, water seal of slag scraper machine and so on, should be provided with sealing condition during chemical cleaning. So as to reduce loss of heat, and avoid the decrease of heating up speed, which will affect the quality of chemical cleaning. Thermal insulation should be carried out when pipe and steam pipe are cleaned temporarily.

5.18 Generally, the boiler is provided with condition of firing up. So as to ensure that it can be fired up and flushed in 20 days after the chemical cleaning.

6 Temporary system installation and temporary measures in chemical cleaning

6.1 The exit pipe above the steam drum should be always up and up to the air at last. The effective discharge area of exit pipe should be no less than φ100.

6.2 The cyclone separator in the steam drum should be dismanted or uploaded and be well treated before acid washing, then be loaded after chemical cleaning.
