port of loading的意思是裝貨港，裝貨港/起運港的英文解釋是Port Of Loading，簡稱寫作POL，起運港也叫始發港、出發港、離開港等，簡稱POD，那麽為什麽這裏不用POL呢，因為後面這個POD既可以指起運港也可以指卸貨港。
port of loading 和port of shipment的區別：
1.port of loading：Place where shipments are loaded and secured aboard a vessel. It may or may not be the same as port of shipment.
裝運港：貨物在這裏裝船，他可能是起運港，也可能不是起運港。
2.port of shipment: Place where a shipment actually originated (began its journey towards its destination).
起運港：貨物在此港口出港直至到達目的地。
