be diagnosed as 與be diagnosed with, 區別?

實際使用上往往無法分清（其實漢語裏也是這樣的，說壹個人是“神經病”和說壹個人是“神經病患者”是壹樣的），但如果仔細摳的話還是有點差別的：

1. He was diagnosed as having cancer.

2. The cause of death at the time was diagnosed as ‘cerebral disease’.

3. He was diagnosed with a mental disorder.

能理解了吧？如果用diagnose as，那麽前面是人，後面也是人，前面是病，後面也是病；如果用diagnose with，那麽前面是人，後面是病。（但我查了壹些語料庫，混用的情況也很多，上面說的是最嚴格的規則）
