Ancient books were all manually hand written. Since the start of the Tang Dynasty, the block printing technique was gradually replacing of the manual writings. Most ancient books survived from all the past dynasties are called "Fine Copies". The most rare ones called "Rare Copies" or "Unique Copies".
本文通過查閱資料及考證，對“善本”壹詞提出壹些新的拙見。
Through lookup the sources, researching and verifying, this article is putting forward a few of my new humble opinions about this so-called word, "Fine Copies".
