十四行
Fresh spring the herald of loves mighty king,
新春啊，妳這君臨萬方的愛神的先驅，
In whose cote armour richly are displayed
妳的外衣富麗堂皇,展現出
All sorts of flowers the which on earth do spring
世間的繁花萬朵，不勝枚舉，
In goodly colours gloriously arrayed.

Go to my love, Where she is carelesse laid,

Yet in her winters bowre:

那是孤獨之中的福祉；
於是我的心便漲滿幸福，
和水仙壹同翩翩起舞。
