日本壽司的英語翻譯,誰會啊!

壽司=sushi

壽司是壹種帶菜碼的米飯團,是壹種最具有代表性的日本民族料理,它是米飯、魚、醋巧妙組合的結晶.

Sushi is a kind of rice topped with vegetables. It is a spetacular combination of various ingredients including rice, fish and vinegar and is the most representative Japanese cuisine.

兩千多年前,壽司曾經用中國的漢字"鮨"、"鲊"表示過,但當時這兩個漢字的意思有所不同."

Over 2,000 years ago, sushi once was written using Chinese characters "鮨" and "鲊". But at that time the meanings of the two characters actually varied.

"鮨"最初出自公元前5至公元前3世紀的<爾雅>字典裏,指腌鹹的魚貝、肉類食品,尤其指腌鹹的魚;

"鮨" initially came from Yi dictionary around the 5th to 3rd century BC, referring to salted fish, shellfish and meat foods, particularly salted fish;

"鲊"最早出現在兩千多年前<說文解字>字典裏,指把米飯、魚、鹽放在壹起,經腌制發酵後,產生壹種酸味的魚,是(熟)壽司的意思.

"鲊"first appeared in the dictionary of Shuowenjiezi ("Explaining Simple and Analyzing Compound Characters") more than 2,000 years ago. It refers to the process of putting rice, fish and salt together and letting the pickles ferment to create a sour favoured fish. It actully stand for what we count as cooked sushi today.
