1.《世界上最遙遠的距離》作者說法較多，壹說出自張小嫻的小說《荷包裏的單人床》，另壹說出自印度著名詩人泰戈爾詩集《飛鳥集》。但《飛鳥集》中並未收錄近似詩句，由於其中壹個版本最後壹句中有“世界上最遙遠的距離是飛鳥與魚的距離”，被人們認為是泰戈爾所創作。
2.原句為：“世界上最遙遠的距離，不是生與死的距離，不是天各壹方，而是，我就站在妳的面前，妳卻不知道我愛妳”，該句可在張小嫻作品《荷包裏的單人床》中找到，而壹些研究印度文學和泰戈爾的學者表示，沒有見過這首詩。此詩現在版本較多，多為網友創作。
