織機的聲音連綿不斷，花木蘭正在窗戶下織布。聽不到織機的聲音，只能聽到木蘭的嘆息聲。
問木蘭想什麽、回憶什麽。木蘭既沒有想什麽，也沒有回憶什麽。昨天晚上見到了軍中的文告，可汗大規模的征兵，征兵的名冊很多，每卷都有木蘭父親的名字。木蘭的父親沒有大兒子，木蘭沒有哥哥，願意為此去買鞍馬，從此替父親出征。
去東邊買了匹好馬，去西邊買馬鞍，去南變買籠頭，去北邊買馬鞭。早上辭別了父母，傍晚投宿在黃河邊上，聽不到父母呼喚木蘭的聲音，但能聽到黃河水流的聲音。次日早上，離開黃河而去，傍晚到了黑山腳下，聽不到父母呼喚木蘭的聲音，但能聽到燕山上，敵人騎的戰馬的聲音。
木蘭不遠萬裏，奔赴戰場，像飛壹樣渡過壹道又壹道的關卡，越過壹座又壹座的高山。打更的聲音夾雜在北方的寒氣中，寒冷的月光照射在鎧甲上。許多將軍戰死了，壯士很多年才歸來。
回來見皇上，皇上坐在明亮的大堂中。冊封了許多官職，賞賜了許多立功的將士。可漢問木蘭想要什麽，木蘭不願意做官；願意遠足，回故鄉。
木蘭父母知道女兒回來，忙出門相迎；木蘭的姐姐知道妹妹回來，馬上化妝；木蘭的弟弟知道姐姐回來，忙殺豬宰羊。開開我房間的東門，坐在我的西邊床上，脫下我的戰袍，穿上我舊時的衣裳。對著窗戶整理頭發，對著鏡子貼花黃。出門去找朋友，朋友們都很吃驚：和木蘭在壹起十二年，不知道木蘭是女郎。
雄兔靜臥時，兩只前腳時時爬騷；雌兔靜臥時，兩只眼睛常瞇著。兩只兔子貼著地面走，怎能分辨出雌雄？

4. 木蘭歌的譯文木蘭詩》賞析 北方民歌和六朝樂府民歌壹樣體制大都短小，但這首《木蘭詩》卻是長篇敘事詩。
在中國詩歌發展史上它有著重要的地位。詩歌描述了女英雄木蘭替父從軍的故事，刻畫了木蘭這壹巾幗英雄的生動形象和高貴品質。
全詩風格明朗生動，質樸剛健，堪稱北方民歌中的傑出作品。 《木蘭詩》采用的是順敘手法。
作品大致可分為三個部分。第壹部分是出征前。
第二部分是從軍生活。第三部分是立功歸來。
作者在這三個部分中沒有平均使用力量，而是有詳有略，重點在第壹和第三部分。 詩壹開始即寫木蘭在織布，但“不聞機杼聲，惟聞女嘆息”，這就使讀者產生了疑問，不知木蘭為何嘆息。
“問女何所思，問女何所憶？”作者自己發問，然後答曰“女亦無所思，女亦無所憶”。詩既是用順敘手法，開始的幾句該是交代木蘭從軍的原因，但作者卻沒有平鋪直敘，而是以木蘭沒有心思織布起頭顯示出她內心的不平靜。
接下來本該說明為什麽內心不平靜，但作者不立刻寫出，而是用了兩個意思相同的問句，隨後又是兩個意思相同的答句，可還是沒有從正面解答問題。但這四句並非多余，除了具有民歌的風味外，這四句詩對後面說出的原因起到了突出強調的作用。
這樣壹問壹答，作者才折入正題，“昨夜見軍帖，可汗大點兵，軍書十二卷，卷卷有爺名。”軍帖是征兵的文書，可汗是西北地區民族對君主的稱呼，十二卷言卷數之多，“卷卷有爺名”顯屬誇張。
至此讀者才明白，木蘭沒有心思織布是因為可汗大征兵，木蘭的父親也在被征之列。父親顯然年老無法應征，但“阿爺無大兒，木蘭無長兄”，這就不能不使木蘭犯愁了。
詩壹開始就把木蘭放在這樣壹個矛盾面前來表現。面對困難，木蘭打算怎麽辦呢？“願為市鞍馬，從此替爺征。”
木蘭到底是個不平凡的女子，她下了決心要替父從軍。 這壹段寫木蘭從軍的原因，沒有平鋪直敘地述說，而是從木蘭的心理活動入手寫，在敘事的同時註重人物的性格刻畫，使讀者看到了壹個敢於挑重擔、富有責任感的果斷勇敢的婦女形象。
接下來寫木蘭準備出征，用了四個重復的句式，內容無非是買戰馬及乘馬用具。駿馬、鞍韉（馬鞍下的墊子）、轡頭（駕馭馬的嚼子、籠頭、韁繩）和長鞭要分別從東市、西市、南市、北市幾個地方買齊，看似不合情理，但卻渲染了戰爭氣氛和離家出征前準備工作的緊張，同時這四句詩和上面“問女何所思”以下四句壹樣正是民歌的特點。
正如明代謝榛所說：“此乃信口道出，似不經意者。其古樸自然，繁而不亂，若壹言了問答，壹市買鞍馬，則簡而無味，殆非樂府家數。”
詩歌第二部分寫木蘭踏上了征途。“旦辭爺娘去”以下八句是寫木蘭離別了父母奔赴戰場。
這裏用了重復句式，將木蘭從軍的征途分作兩段來寫，句式雖同，但其中地名卻在變換，顯出戰事緊迫、木蘭馬不停蹄地趕去參戰。但作者並沒有忘記他所著力刻畫的英雄人物是個女扮男裝、初次遠離父母的女子，“不聞爺娘喚女聲”正符合木蘭當時的處境和她的身份。
明代譚元春評論這句說：“尤妙在語帶香奩，無男子征戍氣。”“無男子征戍氣”也正是作者的高明之處，也只有這樣，才能使木蘭的形象更鮮明，更富有個性。
木蘭能毅然替父從軍，去經受嚴酷戰爭的考驗，說明她不同於壹般的女子，但她畢竟還是個女子，對家鄉、對父母畢竟是有依戀之情的。這樣突出她的女子身份，非但沒有削弱她的英雄形象，相反使她的從軍舉動更富有傳奇性，更引人入勝。
隨後寫木蘭在軍中的征戰生活，但這部分內容寫得極概括，從南征北戰壹直到立功歸來，僅用了“關山度若飛”以下六句，可謂簡而又簡。這裏“戎機”指戰爭，“朔氣”是北方的寒氣，“金柝”是軍中用來做飯和打更的銅器。
這幾句詩句用律工整。因此後人常常據此懷疑此詩是唐人所作，也有的研究者推測此詩可能在流傳過程中經過唐人的加工修改。
但這些說法並無足夠的證據。南北朝時期有不少作品在體制聲律方面已接近唐人的近體詩，當時有些詩已經有了很嚴整的律句。
可見這首詩中出現幾句聲調諧和、對偶工致的律句並不能證明它們出自唐人之手。陳胤倩就說：“‘朔氣傳金柝’數語固類唐人，然齊梁人每為唐語，惟唐人必不能為漢魏語。
以此知其真古詞也。” 這壹段寫木蘭的從軍作戰生活，本來是可以有許多東西寫的，但作者寥寥數語就將這段經歷概括了出來，可見作者的興趣不在於表現戰爭，而在於木蘭女扮男裝替父從軍這壹戲劇性事件上。
第三部分是寫木蘭立功歸來後的情景。作者又用了不小的篇幅來竭力鋪寫。
先寫木蘭立功回來後見天子，天子坐在廳堂上接見了她。策勛是記功勞，轉是勛位的等級，十二轉也是說多，並非實指。
這裏的十二轉和唐代官制的壹致也是偶然巧合。並不能證明此詩出於唐人之手或經過唐人修改。
“百千強”即百千有余，是形容賞賜得多。可是木蘭並不在乎官位和賞賜，她只是想盡快回到故鄉和親人團聚。
明駝指能行千裏的駱駝。木蘭不要做官，不要巨額賞賜，只要借壹匹能行千裏的駱駝趕回家去，可見其歸心似箭，同時也顯示了這位平民出身的女英雄不愛功名富貴的優良品德。
經過長期艱苦的戰爭，木蘭終於回到了故鄉。
