每當春天草地上白花盛開，
之間壹株水仙花而不是希臘少年，
佇立在迷濛細雨之間，
它眼睛低垂，神情傷感。
解釋 ：詩人告誡壹位他所愛的姑娘不要像壹位希臘少年那樣。 因為他在森林中壹池清水裏看見自己的影子而顧影自憐，對於許多愛他的姑娘他都不理，結果被神所罰，變成壹株水仙花。 所以詩人要這位姑娘不要看詩人的眼睛，免得在眼睛中看到她自己的美麗影子而顧影自憐遭到同樣的命運。
