斯遇佳人，仙苑重深
She passed the salley gardens with little snow-white feet.
玉人雪趾，往渡穿林
She bid me take love easy, as the leaves grow on the tree;
矚我適愛，如葉逢春
But I, being young and foolish, with her would not agree.
我愚且頑，負此明言
In a field by the river my love and I did stand,
斯水之畔，與彼曾佇
And on my leaning shoulder she laid her snow-white hand.
比肩之處，玉手曾拂
She bid me take life easy, as the grass grows on the weirs;
囑我適世，如荇隨堰
But I was young and foolish, and now I am full of tears.

這是愛爾蘭詩人、劇作家葉慈（Yeats, 獲1923年諾貝爾文學獎）所作的壹首古風的詩，後被譜以愛爾蘭風笛曲，日本“透明系天籟美聲” 藤田惠美演唱過，好聽。詞和曲都讓人聯想到《詩經》的“蒹葭蒼蒼，白露為霜”。中文有翻譯成“神秘園”的，大概就是這神秘空靈的味道和《蒹葭》相像。受蓮波的啟發，把它翻譯成了“偽詩經” 。
