With the advent of economic globalization and the age of knowledge economy, modern commercial banks are confronted with more intense market competitions and the development trend is towards the individual services for clients. The prerequisite to enhance the operation efficiency and quality of services is to establish a client oriented service-chain and exercise intimate cooperation with other companies within the service-chain, so as to form a seamless integration of service-chain information and processes.
本文從服務鏈運營的角度出發,運用統壹建模語言,對商業銀行服務鏈進行了詳細的研究。主要分成三個部分:首先,介紹了服務鏈的概念以及服務運作模式;其次,分析了現代商業銀行的業務流程,並提出現代商業銀行中引入服務鏈的意義;最後,以信貸業務為例,建立了商業銀行信貸業務的UML模型。
Starting with the perspective of service-chain operation and applying the unified model language, this thesis performs a meticulous study on the service-chain of commercial banks mainly in three aspects. Firstly, it describes the concept of service-chain and the mode of service operations; secondly, it analyzes the business process of modern commercial banks and presents the application significance of the service-chain; and finally, using the credit operations as an example, it establishes an UML model for commercial banks’ credit operations.
